August 12, 2022: Father Raymond Jaconelli was born in 1933 in Airdrie. He entered Nunraw in 1951, made his solemn profession in 1956 and was ordained a priest in 1958. He was Abbot of the community from 2003 to 2009. Dom Raymond was 89 years old, had been in monastic vows for 68 years and 64 years a priest when the Lord called him.
